Are Your CTAs Actually Working?

cta redtree

In last week’s email, we decoded SEO.

This week, we’re talking about another three-letter powerhouse: CTA (call to action).

CTAs aren’t just buttons. They’re strategic tools that guide users through your site, tell a story, and drive action when done right.

In this week’s video, our developer Frank and designer Kate break down what makes a CTA actually work. From placement and visual hierarchy to accessibility and technical performance, they explain how CTAs can either guide users or be ignored entirely.

Here’s what you can do today:

  1. Choose your 5 most important pages
  2. Ask: What action should a visitor take next?
  3. See if the current CTA supports that action
  4. Adjust the copy, placement, or design if needed

Stronger CTAs mean better conversions. Let us know if you want a second opinion on yours.
