Your Website Should Feel Like a Real Conversation | Human to Human Marketing Explained

Human Human Marketing

Don’t Fear This Marketing Philosophy

In the marketing world, we frequently get caught up in spooky, confusing terms like B2C and B2B—or even SEO and UX.

All of these are important, but they’re really distracting us from what really matters:

All marketing is human-to-human marketing.

No matter what you’re selling, you’re ultimately pitching to another human being. Does your current website take that into account?

Take a fresh look at your website. Ask yourself these two questions:

  1. Are you using language that your target audience is going to understand and connect with? Or are you using industry jargon/trying to be cute? (By the way, we fix these problems with our BLOSSOM program. What the hell’s BLOSSOM?)
  2. Have you thought about some of the “fears” your users have? How does your website address those fears?

If you’re not confident that your website’s resonating, start small: Make some text changes and see how you connect with users.

With Gratitude,
