RedTree is a women-owned web agency and the web partner for brand-led marketing teams. We build strategic, high-performing websites for nonprofits, mission-driven companies, and values-led brands with internal marketing teams who need a partner to execute alongside them. Based in Pittsburgh, we serve clients across the region and beyond.
We’re not a hand-it-off agency. We work best with clients who have internal marketing ownership and want a collaborative, long-term partner, not a vendor. We help organizations turn their websites into real growth tools instead of a source of friction, backed by a track record that includes two 2026 Web Excellence Awards for our work with Henderson Brothers and The Motherhood.

Our Story
Our founder, Meesha Gerhart, launched RedTree Web Design in August 2015 with the sole mission to pursue her passion for websites. In a short amount of time, RedTree has become an award-winning agency serving over 200 clients around the nation. RedTree’s success is a direct result of a growing women-led team and being authentic in our collaborations with brands.
Now Meesha’s mission is to show clients that representing their brands through a website doesn’t have to be hard and will help grow their business.
