After 20+ years as a social worker, I’ve transitioned into the HR and operations world, where I’m flexing many of the same skills that drove my passion for social justice and people-centered support.  With a knack for balancing structure and adaptability, I try to make chaos feel organized.  When I am not fine-tuning processes or fostering a culture of growth, you might just find me contra dancing and falling in love with a wailing fiddle.
