Meesha Gerhart founded RedTree Web Design in 2015 with a mission to make websites feel empowering, not overwhelming. Under her leadership, RedTree has grown into an award-winning, women-led team serving as the web partner for marketing teams across nonprofit and brand-led organizations. Since founding the agency, the team has led RedTree to numerous industry awards, from an Awwwards win in 2015 to, most recently, two Web Excellence Awards (18th edition) for RedTree’s work with Henderson Brothers and The Motherhood. Meesha herself has also earned individual recognition, including a 40 Under 40 award.

After becoming a mom in 2020, Meesha felt a deeper calling to support women forging their own paths. She launched W.E. Talk, a podcast spotlighting the real stories of women entrepreneurs, offering inspiration and solidarity to those building something of their own.

Today, Meesha remains grounded in gratitude for the business she’s built, the team she leads, and the confidence she helps others rediscover through intentional design and clear, collaborative strategy.
